If you're a faculty member at Oil Belt this summer, please complete each of the steps below and review the Faculty Handbook of Expectations 2024.
1. Please fill out the online faculty form below.
2. Complete a background check at the link below.
*** If you filled out a background check in 2023, you do not need to fill one out in 2024 or 2025, they are good for 3 years.
(Junior Faculty do not need to complete a background check.)
3. Please complete the State of Illinois' online mandated reporter training. It will take 60-90 minutes. Once complete, print out the completion certificate and email to campoffice@oilbelt.com. If you have completed this in the last 3 years, then you will not need to update it. Simply forward us a copy of your training certificate.
4. Sign and email the CANTS 22 form acknowledging your responsibility as a mandated reporter.
