Notice the picture of the bunks that the campers use. There is an outlet for each camper to plug a fan or clock in if they need.
 To register for a week of camp at Oil Belt, print out the registration form (both pages) and return it to the Camp Office. Some weeks fill up quickly, so mail your registration in early, in order to reserve your child’s place. A $5.00 (non-transferable / non-refundable) pre-registration fee is required with your registration card, unless your Church takes care of your entire registration. Costs are not the same for all weeks of camp. Please note the cost for your requested camp on this card.

Register for the grade you will be ENTERING IN THE FALL.

Camp begins with registration at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel. You must register before securing a bunk. Bring all medications to the chapel and give to the camp nurse.
All the camp buildings will be locked and Oil Belt staff will not arrive until 3:00 p.m.

Canteen Cards are available for $10.00 and $15.00 for use in the canteen and to give towards the missionary. Each week has a different missionary to support.

Mail sent to campers during their stay should be addressed : (Campers Name) (Camp Week) c/o Oil Belt Camp, 555 Park Rd., Flora, IL 62839

For phone emergencies call 618-662-2822. All phone calls to campers will be handled through our Oil Belt Staff and the camp dean.

Camp Pictures will be included in the registration fee. Every camper who completes their week, will receive a picture. Slideshow DVD’s made from each Camp week will be available on the last day of Camp for an $8.00 donation.

Camp events may fill up. Walk-in registration is NOT recommended.
All registrations received MUST BE SIGNED by parent/guardian.

WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP: Bible, Blankets/bed sheet, Sleeping bag, Toothbrush, Toiletries, Paper & Pencil, Spending money, Small fan, Pillow, Swimsuit, Towels/washcloths, Ball glove, Jacket, Underclothes, Special medication, Acceptable dress clothing, Acceptable play clothing, Soap & Shampoo.

WHAT NOT TO BRING: Do not bring any electronic entertainment items, cell phones, playing cards, roller blades, skateboards, or pets.

VISITORS: Visiting time has restrictions and visitors should not interrupt the camp schedule or take campers away from any activities. Visiting at times may not be allowed. PLEASE CALL to confirm before visiting. Some evenings are not open for visitors. All visitors need to leave immediately following the evening service so as not to interfere with the camper’s programming.
